Cant say thank you enough, my 78 year old mother's furnace went out in 10 degree weather. Reached out to Adkisson Air 1. They were out there in less than an hour. Jake was amazing. Very helpful. Explained the process and what needed to be done. Most importantly my mom had heat back after only a few hours.

The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient! He put booties on his boots without being asked to. He laid a tarp down before taking things apart.

Kevin was very personable and answered all questions. After installation of the fan in the fireplace, Kevin explained the operation of how and when the fan in the fireplace would come on. Fireplace operation works great.

This is not my first time purchasing from Air 1 Heating & Cooling. They have well educated and knowledgeable installers, as well as terrific office staff! Everyone is very friendly. The work today was installing a humidifier onto the furnace which was installed by them July 2019. The workmanship is thorough, neat, and done nicely. The installer is meticulous in every detail of his work. I am always very impressed with their neatness and professionalism.
