Joe arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as the thermostat being the problem with our gas fireplace. He discussed and showed us the new remote control for the fireplace and then installed it after cleaning the fireplace. We are pleased with his wok as well as his professionalism. After 15 years with Air One we continue to be pleased with the quality of product and service.
