This was my first service call with Air 1. I was very, very impressed with Joe as he was thorough, explained everything in detail and went above and beyond. I was so happy with this service call on my air conditioner that I enrolled in your maintenance program and cancelled my service program with my current heating & cooling company.

Superb service… called office, technician was in the area, arrived within 20 minutes. Analyzed furnace. Made recommendations for repairs and adjustments. Proceeded with Time on task. Suggested options for filters. Installed thermostat. Technician was very thorough, efficient and pleasant. Even placed Footies on His shoes in the garage before entering my home. That was greatly appreciated. Adkisson heating and cooling company was VERY highly recommended. Will only contact this company for future servicing needs. I was extremely pleased. I felt very safe in the quote for the work, especially being a Female senior citizen. Thank you for your service.
