Kevin completed our annual maintenance on our furnace and gave us a full report on how it is doing. We feel confident in his professional ability to diagnose any problems of which he found none. He always shows up at the designated time and date which is rare with some service technicians. He is very pleasant to talk with and is able to explain any issues in plain terms.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe for a cooling issue at my home. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all of my options in a clear, realistic, and honest manner. His efficiency and expertise were evident as he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

The notification leading up to the time of service was done by text and/or email. The texts started with a reminder the day before to a text with the service persons full name and time of arrival. He arrived timely and performed the tune up service as scheduled. He also left additional information that would benefit our furnace, but no pressure was made to add the additional service, which we appreciated. Will use for future services.

Air 1 has great products and even better service. I have had their annual maintenance plan for years and it has saved me much inconvenience and expense. Today Kevin tuned up my air conditioner and furnace. He is awesome!

My first experience with Adkisson Air1 was when I called to set appointment for my air conditioner unit to be cleaned and serviced. I I talk to I believe Joanne who answered the phone to set my appointment she was very nice very attentive ask if there was any issues with the unit I said no I just needed it clean she set an appointment for me. A technician came out who was very thorough and while he was here I asked him a few questions I had on my thermostat and heating unit and my gas fireplace. He answered my questions and we set an appointment for a club plan on checking out furnace for winter and thermostat (which Ended up needed replacing) As soon as the thermostat came in Joann called to see if I was home so she could send a technician out to replace it and I was happy to see she sent the same technician who had worked on my air conditioner unit and that had already heard my concerns on the heating system and thermostat. He did an excellent job explaining how to use the new thermostat and cleaning servicing both furnace and fireplace!

I would highly recommend A1Heating and cooling. The workers were very respectful and hard working. The team kept me informed and did a great job. They went above and beyond to get the job done!

Hats off to Kevin !!! Called to confirm his arrival at 8am. Arrived on time and asked if we had any problems. After discussing and solving a programming issue with our new thermostat with my wife he completed the check up of our heating system. He also gave us a short class on the filters we should consider using for better long term results of our heating system. He will be requested in the future for our annual check up. James Peters
