This was the first time Brad had been to our house. He was professional and friendly. He answered several questions I had and even wrote down some advice. I was very pleased.

As usual the Air1 Heating and Cooling team delivered! The problem with my fireplace that I experienced of course did not cooperate when the technician was there to repair the problem. Rather than say there was nothing he could do he called the company described the problem and then replaced the part. Fireplace is working again.
