Joe was extremely knowledgeable about our furnace. As soon as he arrived, he went right to work fixing the problem that had left us without heat. We couldn’t have been more pleased with his service.

Kevin came within the allotted time. Was very pleasant and helpful as he addressed my question of concern. He explained about the Cozy Club which I decided to try.

As always Joe was awesome. He installed my furnace 4 years ago and impressed me then. I am happy when I open the door and see it’s him to help me out!

Joe was friendly, prompt. Also secretary was very helpful, tried to help trouble shoot before having a service call, very good response to my call and need for service.

Installation was professionally done by Ken. He explained what he was doing, how long it would approximately take, and all was up in running in about 3hrs.

He is very friendly, knowledgeable and good at explaining any questions we had regarding the fireplace. I would definitely do repeat service with him.
