Rick went through many diagnostic tests to determine what was causing the fault, eventually determining it was a rather quick inexpensive fix. It saved a Sweet 16 party schedule for the next day.

Very satisfied with the diagnosis and quick repair of my gas fireplace. Joe (technician) explained the issue and resolved the problem. He was clearly knowledgeable about of the workings of gas fireplaces. He answered all of my questions regarding safety and operation of the fireplace. Joe and Linda (in office making appointments) were both polite and professional.

I hope this doesn't reflect on Joe. The only problem I had was the 2 weeks to get repaired. He was great and very informative. Also, did a great job promoting other services that you offer.

He told me where to look for log placement and what to do if the pilot goes out..I know more about this fireplace than I ever knew about our previous one.. Great experience..
